19 year old Lance wanted to visit a media arts college that is for those who are interested in the music production field. He had his own personal guide conduct the tour of the college. He also got to go rafting on his trip....which he really enjoyed! Shortly after his return, Lance became very ill and in his letter to A Special Wish, he said...

"if it weren't for the wonderful trip, I don't know if I could have kept fighting for my life". He said while laying in the hospital bed, he would think of how great his trip was and that got him through that tough time. The good news is that Lance is doing better and most important, he is attending the college he wanted.
